We do not store full payment card numbers.

3. Free Tier and Pro Tier Data Handling

Free-tier users may receive AI coaching responses, match feedback, or training plan outputs, but free-tier training history is not intended to be saved for long-term history or progress tracking.
Pro-tier users may have training history, match history, uploaded content, follow-up threads, progress tracking, and related data saved so the Service can provide long-term coaching, tracking, and analysis.

4. AI Processing

Content submitted to the Service may be processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate coaching responses.
AI responses are generated based on the information submitted by the user and, for eligible paid features, may include saved history or prior context when allowed by the user's plan and the Service design.
Free-tier responses should not rely on saved training history.

5. Data Storage and Service Providers

We may use third-party vendors to provide hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, crash reporting, and AI processing.
These providers may include, but are not limited to:

Free-tier training sessions are not intended to be saved as long-term user history.
Pro-tier training history and related content may be retained until deleted by the user, the account is deleted, or retention is no longer necessary.
Some billing, accounting, security, and legal records may be retained even after account deletion where required or permitted by law.

9. Account Deletion and Data Requests

Users may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting support@dryfireaicoach.com or by using any account deletion feature available in the Service.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

12. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
